SPECIAL SERVICES

TM provides Service Providers with a telecommunications infrastructure that can support the conveyance of calls from subscribers of either TM or other Carriers to a Special Services number.

TM will provide transparent billing services, while the Service Provider will be able to independently brand and price an information or content service without the cost of investing, operating and maintaining the required network infrastructure.

INTERCONNECT

Domestic Interconnect

Domestic Interconnect will enable a Carrier or Service Provider to interconnect fixed voice services, as well as a multitude of non-voice services that includes ISDN, Internet Services and SMS interconnection.

International Interconnect
International Interconnect (Bilateral)

International Interconnect provides termination services to any Malaysian Fixed and/or Mobile Carriers via TM’s bilateral arrangement with foreign partners. As a result, TM is an ideal partner for interconnections with any Malaysian Carrier.

International to International (Hubbing)

TM provides international termination services to more than 200 international destinations via direct and transit submarine cable, satellite links and terrestrial connectivity.

As a subscriber to TM’s International Minutes, an international licensed Service Provider, Refiler, ASP or ISP can avoid the aggravation of establishing, negotiating and maintaining global agreements with individual carriers.
