RE-ORGANIZATION AND NEW APPOINTMENTS AT TM

Kuala Lumpur, Wednesday 1 June 2005 - Following the recent announcement of the Top Management structure by Y.Bhg Dato' Abdul Wahid Omar, the Group Chief Executive Officer on 28th April 2005, the Management is pleased to announce the names of key managers for the Tier 2 management positions at Corporate Centre, TM Retail and TM Wholesale effective 1st June, 2005.
This reorganisation arose from the recent VSS exercise and realignment of key roles of TM leadership structure towards achieving a more effective and efficient organization.
