SIGNING CEREMONY OF SERIVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT BETWEEN TM WHOLESALE AND TM FACILITIES SDN BHD

Kuala Lumpur, 24 February 2005 - A signing ceremony of Service Level Agreement (SLA) between TM Wholesale and TM Facilities Sdn Bhd was held at Meeting Room Level 52, Menara Telekom.
TM Wholesale was represented by YBhg. Dato' Dr Idris Ibrahim, Chief Operating Officer TM Wholesale while TM Facilities Sdn Bhd was represented by their Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Datuk Hamzah Yacob.
Through this Service Level Agreement, TM Facilities will be responsible to assist and advice TM Wholesale in managing and developing infrastructure, property, building, fleet, logistics and security. This is to ensure and to increase operation efficiency besides delivering quality service as required by the customers.
